Toolbox Media

harcomanufacturing.com

Did you know giant offshore oil rigs need mufflers? And that those mufflers can be as large as a house? Who knew? Well, we know now - Harco makes them and a whole host of other interesting mechanisms that keep our air clean and our manufacturing plants compliant!

Another local modern marvel!

USbarge.com

Oh we love doing industrial manufacturing and services web sites! They are always fascinating projects. I'm in constant awe at what it means to build things - least of all barges! We really enjoyed learning about the marketplace, the product types and what it takes to build these amazing pieces of technology. When we launched the web site, we hit our computer over the head with a bottle of champagne.

Toolbox Media

mathabane.com

We try to do good things in this world. But somehow, helping put a strangers shopping cart back doesn't quite compare to the works of Mark and Gail Mathabane. These two amazing people strive to make other's lives better through exemplary living and scholarship. Visit this site and be inspired. We were honored to design and build this site for them.

Toolbox Media

EWFmodern.com

The focus here was on the modern and sustainable - green design and ethical interiors. We hope we've made this store look half as cool as it does in real life. What a great pool of products we got to work with. Not to mention the beautiful mind behind it all. We're big fans.

CristenJewels.com

Wordpress, Wordpress, Wordpress... oh yea, we're excited about Wordpress. First of all - anyone can learn how to manage their own site in an afternoon. Then - there's the fact that it's a FREE software... AND, the number of associate programs, or widgets grows daily. Some of the most exciting business application development is happening around Wordpress.

LizInk.biz

Liz Lipoff has a fierce understanding of public relations and marketing, and she's one hell of a copy writer. I've never worked with anyone so organized - all without using an iPod!

She's great and if if you need help writing your messaging or web site content, talk to her. You won't regret it.

Toolbox Media

PickwickandPlum.com

This clever business focuses on selling found objects - or as we like to call them - objet trouvé, to assemblage artists (crazy people who like to build weird stuff).

Do you have stacks of rusted barb wire, vintage dental bridges, broken toy parts? Well, if you do, you better give these guys a call. They'll buy them from you. They're nuts.

(small disclaimer: this is our other business)

Toolbox Media

StacyJulian.com

Stacy Julian is what you might call a super woman. She's a mother, wife, business owner, entrepreneur, craft maven and scrapbook genius - really, it should be illegal to be this talented. We've been lucky enough to have worked with Stacy and her team on a very cool web site using Joomla!

Toolbox Media

FrenchGirlKnits.com

Here is one of those people that has so much talent that you just want to crawl under the table and sob. Oh - and it gets better - there are two of them! We've been working with this husband and wife team for a couple years now, and their business has blossomed - from textile themed tours of France to jaw dropping knit/crochet patterns... and NOW A BOOK! We are so excited about this design. It's fresh and French and we can't wait to show it off!

Toolbox Media

CocoaVelvetChocolates.com

mmmmChocolate. Our business meetings with Cocoa Velvet border on dangerous. We always come away with new appreciation for the cocoa bean. Yum! Our childlike enthusiasm for this project might be directly proportional to the amount of sticky confection we stumble away with....

Toolbox Media

CocoaDaisy.com

Oh my goodness! This is quite the departure from our manufacturing and industrial services web development, but WOW... it feels good to break out the scissors when mocking up a web site. This is the most 'handmade' looking site we've done and it was great fun. We're using Zen Cart, PHPbb Forum and Gallery on this site. Lots of challenging template and css work. Check it out!

Toolbox Media

ReasorProfessionalDental.com

Dr. Buck Reasor's Professional Dental Services web site might be the very first of its kind. This savvy entrepreneur specializes in helping other dentists buy and sell their practices. He's got years of experience, a great set of tools and now - he has a snazzy new web site!

Toolbox Media

MedRisk.com

Did you know that insurance companies buy insurance? I know! WHO KNEW? One of the reasons we love what we do is that we get to learn about industries we'd never otherwise know about. The folks at Med Risk, LLC wanted to give their web site a face lift and we were lucky enough to earn their business. Wonderful folks and great communicators!

Toolbox Media

WagnerEncaustics.com

Can you smell that? Encaustics may lack the flavor of chocolate, but they have a wonderful honey and beeswax smell to them. It almost makes you want to put them in your mouth (ok, ok, we tried it ONCE). Elise Wagner is a nationally renowned encaustic artist who's been making her unique paints for many years. We were really happy to design and build her new website. We're hopeful other artists will find it pleasing to the eye and nose!

Toolbox Media

PGEweb.com

We were fortunate enough to begin working with the awesome folks at PGE several years ago now. It's exciting to see such a purposeful use of the internet. From helping them redesign their intranet to designing several event sites, we've been able to collaborate with people from all over the organization (with a little help from Microsoft's SharePoint!).

Toolbox Media

Parr.com

We worked with our friends over at Pacific Intermedia on design and development of the new Parr Lumber web site. Wonderful people to work with, great products, a local tradition - you really can't beat it! We (heart) Lumber. This is a Micosoft SharePoint driven site.

Toolbox Media

Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research (KPCHR.org)

It's NOT brain surgery — or is it? Seldom do we have the opportunity of designing a web site that's goal in life is to improve our health. Kaisers' Center for Health Research brings researchers together to try and solve some of our biggest health challenges. We worked with a very talented team at KPCHR and are thrilled to see the site launched!

Toolbox Media

Vigor Industrial

Just like the name implies — Vigor Industrial's line of work is very industrial and just about everything there is done with...you guessed it — VIGOR! Their 60+ acre Swan Island facility hosts one of the country's largest ship repair facilities. This was our first fully Joomla powered web site — a resource heavy intranet for their large family of employees. We have nothing but great things to say about both the application, and the client.

Toolbox Media

Martex.com

Toolbox worked with a team at Mambo and D2P to design and build a new web site for this leader in the bedding and bath textile industry. Toolbox was responsible for the design as well as the front end markup.

Toolbox Media

heritagesurvey.com

We love maps! Luckily, we got to pull from some great imagery to help convey Heritage Survey's message. A local surveying group, working hard to measure our world!
